Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + delivery of the goods at the place agreed upon.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Receipt of the goods + provide a means of internal transport + external transport + extraction of the required documents for export.
2- FCA-Free Carrier (According to the place agreed upon)
Seller’s responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + loading goods on the back of the car at the place agreed upon with the buyer + extraction of the required documents for export.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Receipt of the goods loaded on the back of the car + the completion of import procedures + contracting with a company to transport the goods to a final destination in the country of import.
3-FAS Free alongside ship (According to the wharf agreed upon)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + provide the buyer with the requested documentation of the goods + delivery of the goods to the wharf agreed upon + to complete the export procedures.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Receipt of the goods on the side of the pavement+ the completion of import procedures + contracts with a company to transport the goods to a final destination in the country of import.
4- FOB-Free on board (According to the wharf agreed upon)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + delivery of the goods on board of the ship in the port of export + provide the buyer with documentation on the goods + the completion of export procedures.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Receipt of the goods loaded on board of the Ship + completion of import procedures + contracts with a company to transport the goods to a final destination in the country of import.
5- CFR-Cost and Freight (according to the port agreed upon)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + completion of the export procedures + contract with a transportation company and the payment of external freight (air, sea, land) to the arrival port in the country of import + provide the buyer with documentation on the goods as soon as possible.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Accept to deliver the goods at the export port and receipt of goods from the carrier at the arrival port + completion of import procedures and the delivery of goods to a final destination.
6- CIF Cost Insurance and Freight (according to the port agreed upon in the destination country)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + completion of the export procedures + contract with a transportation company and the payment of external freight (air, sea, land) to the arrival port in the country of import+ Contract with an insurance company and payment of insurance on behalf of the buyer + provide the buyer with the documentation of the goods, as well as the insurance policy as soon as possible.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Agree with the seller for the insurance of the goods+ to accept delivery of the goods at the port of export and receipt of goods from the carrier at the port of arrival + completion of import procedures and the delivery of goods to final destination.
7- CPT Carriage Paid (according to the port agreed upon in the destination country)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods+ packaging + contract with a freight company to deliver goods to the agreed place in the destination country + delivery of the goods to the carrier + the completion of export procedures + provide the buyer with the transport documentation as soon as possible.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Accept to deliver the goods at the export place and receipt of goods from the carrier at the arrival place + completion of import procedures and the delivery of goods to a final destination.
8- CIP-Carriage and insurance Paid to (According to the place agreed upon)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + completion of the export procedures + contract with a transportation company and the payment of external freight (air, sea, land) to the arrival place in the country of import+ Contract with an insurance company and payment of insurance on behalf of the buyer + provide the buyer with the documentation of the goods, as well as the insurance policy as soon as possible.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Agree with the seller for the insurance of the goods+ to accept delivery of the goods at the place of export and receipt of goods from the carrier at the place of arrival + completion of import procedures and the delivery of goods to final destination.
9- DAF-delivered at frontier (According to the place agreed upon)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + delivery of the goods to the place agreed upon in the limits on the back of the car + the completion of export procedures + provide the buyer with the documentation on the goods.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Receipt of the goods on the back of the car in the limits + download the goods from the back of the car and store them + completion of import procedures and shipping the goods to the final destination in the country of import.
10- DES-delivered ex ship (according to the port agreed upon in the destination country)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + completion of export procedures + delivery of the goods on board of the ship in the destination port+ to provide the buyer with documentation on the goods.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Receipt of the goods on board of the ship at the destination port + download the goods from the board of the ship + completion of import procedures and shipping the goods to the final destination.
11- DEQ-delivered ex quay (according to the port agreed upon in the destination country)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + completion of export procedures + delivery of the goods to the destination wharf + provide the buyer with documentation on the goods
The responsibility of the buyer:
Receipt of the goods on the wharf of the destination port + completion of import procedures and shipping the goods to the final destination.
12-: DDU-delivered duty un paid (according to the place agreed upon in the destination country)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + completion of export procedures + delivery of the goods to the place agreed upon in the import country (final destination) loaded on the back of the car + provide the buyer with the documentation of the goods.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Receipt of goods at the place of final delivery + download the contents from the back of the car + the completion of import procedures.
13- DDP- delivered duty paid (according to the place agreed upon in the destination country)
Our responsibility:
Preparation of goods + packaging + completion of export and import procedures + delivery of the goods to the place agreed upon in the country of import (final destination) loaded on the back of the car.
The responsibility of the buyer:
Receipt of the goods at the final destination + download the goods from the back of the car.
